. STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE 1991 BIIDGET FOR
THL� LAKE MINNSrONKA CABLS COMMIINICATIONS COMMISSION
W�REAS, the Commission was issued a Regular Certificate
of Confirmation by the Minnesota Cable Commission Board relative
to the Cable Communications Franchise; -
WSSREAS, the City of Orono is an existing member of the
Commission;
WHERSAS, said joint and cooperative effort is authorized
by Minnesota Statutes Section 238. 08, Subd. 5;
WH$R$AS, the existing joint powers agreement provides
that the member cities of Commission shall review and approve the
Commission budget;
• WH$REAS, the City has reviewed the 1991 budget of the
Commission and believes it to be proper; '

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resol ved, that the City Council of
the City of Orono approved the 1991 budget of the Lake Minnetonka
Cable Communications Commission.
The above listed resolution was moved by Mayor Grabek
and duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson
The following Council Members voted in the affirmative:
Mayor Grabek, Councilmembers Peterson, Goetten, Nettles and
Callahan.
The following Council Members voted in the negative:
None
The above resolution wa�s duly adopted on September 10,
1990. .
