A RESOLIITION PROVIDING FOR THE COLL$CTION OF D�INQIISNT
1990 S$WSR AND WATSR DTILITY SERVIC$ CHARGES, RECYCLING PROGRAM
FEES AND ANNIIAL S$RVICE CHARGES FOR TH$ ON-SITE SEWAGS TREATN�NT
(SEPTIC) INSPECTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota
statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 3 and Chapter 12, Orono
City Code pertaining to payment and collection of sewer and water
charges and annual service charges for the On-Site Sewage
Treatment (septic) Inspection Program, the fol lowing properties
are delinquent in nature.
l. WHER$AS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County
Auditor Levy Number 12029 for the delinquent accounts.
2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and is hereby
authorized and directed to extend upon property tax
• lists of the County and further collect said assessments
thereon in the manner provided by law.
� 3. That eight percent (8�) be added to the amounts due.

Minnesota at a regular meeting held October 8, 1990 .
