A R$SOLOTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPLCIFICATION
° AND AIITHORIZING TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS �
FOR A 500,000 GALLON ABOVE GRODND WATER
STORAGE TANK TO SERVR THS HIGHWAY 12 IMPROVEN�NT AREA
Whereas, the City Engineer has prepared the preliminary
plans for the construction of a Muniicpal Well in the Highway 12
Improvement area, and �
Whereas, it is intended to provide above ground storage to
serve the Highway 12 Improvement area.
Now therefore, be it reso lved that the Orono Counci 1 does
hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare final Plans and
specification and to advertise for bids for a 500 ,000 gallon
� above ground storage tank to serve the Highway 12 Improvement
area.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
• at a regular Council meeting held February 12, 1990.
