The on-site sewage treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the categories checked betow. TANK CONDITION (5-7): � Tank inspection indicates: � Pumpout not needed at this time. Septic tanks must be pumped out this year (city code requii•es tanks to be pumped out once every 3 years.
