Evelyn: When we located the foundation we also shot elevations and the lower foundation elevation was at 1007.35 feet.
We believe that the floor will match this elevation we shot along the perimeter of the lower level. If you need anything else,

Steve:
Gronberg just dropped off the foundation survey. The location of the house looks fine. But
Gronberg didn't give us any elevations. While the specifications call for top of foundation
elevations, the floor of the lower garage is the critical elevation. So, to save us a lot of
arithmetic, please have Gronberg give us the elevation of the part of the foundation that will
support the garage floor. Then all we have to do is add the thickness of the garage floor.
He doesn't need to issue a new survey, just f� us a statement of the elevation over his
signature.
