A rain garden was installed due to other code compliance requirements. There is a wetland delineation/determination report dated December 15, 2009 that was provided to the City and Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). This report indicates no wetland exist within the properly. I have contacted the MCWD and they have provided conformation that it has been reviewed and no wetlands exist within the property. The wetland code requirements do not apply to this property.
