Box 66 Crystal Bay, MN 55323 Dear Mr. Wickman: You will recall you and I spoke early last November. We represent Mrs. Yvonne Cooke at 509 North Ferndale. Her neighbor, James Pfleider, was proposing a realignment of the boundaries between Lot 4 and Lot 5, Block 1, Fairway View to effect a land swap so that Mr. Pfleider can construct a drainfield on his property. At the time, after discussing the matter with you, I advised Mrs. Cooke that Mr. Pfleider's proposal appeared to leave you with less than two acres, and that the City would not approve a subdivision which had that result. In addition, I passed on to her the information from you that Mr. Pfleider had another area on his land which was suitable for the drainfield but which he probably wanted to avoid because it would eliminate a buffer of trees between his property and the golf course. I have heard nothing further until recently, when Mrs. Cooke orwarded ta us a new prpo5ai from iir. rfieidr (copy enclosedj . Would you kindly tell us whether this proposed realignment of Lots 4 and 5 would be permissible from the City's viewpoint. I note that it leaves Mrs. Cooke with an extremely narrow frontage on the cul-de-sac. Yours t uly, % N. Walter Graff NWG: sln 11 enclosure r cc: E. Joseph LaFave
