I did receive the soils report for the front stoop area. I had previously asked for <br /> that report over one year ago. The two main issues that must be resolved before even a <br /> temporary occupancy can be given are, the front steps were not in compliance and the <br /> egress window"well" retaining wall exceeded 44 inches in height. <br /> For a certificate of occupancy can be issued the front steps cannot exceed 3/8" difference <br /> from the tallest tread riser to the smallest tread riser and the egress retaining wall cannot <br /> exceed 44 inches in height at any point or a ladder (fixed) must be provided. The final <br /> grade and sod can be done at a later date for a final occupancy.
