On 10-01-97 I responded to the report of damage being done to the vacant house at 395 Ferndale
Rd. N. I was successful in identifying the juveniles involved. In the process I inspected the
property. It is my belief that this property poses an extreme health and safety risk to the
community. In the event that people do go onto this property, they are in danger of injury due to
the condition of the property and the structure on it. I believe this matter would be properly
handled through your department. If I can assist, please contact me.
