MINUTES OF THE ORONO CITY COUNCIL CANVASSING BOARD MEETING
HELD NOVEMBER 8, 2010 AT 6:45 P.M.
ROLL
The Council met as the Canvassing Board on the above date and time in the Orono Council
Chambers. The following members were present: Mayor Jim White, Council Members Cynthia
Bremer, Doug Franchot, Lili McMillan and Jim Murphy. The following represented City staff:
City Administrator Jessica Loftus and City Clerk Lin Vee.
Mayor White called the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m.
Vee indicated that the Canvassing Board meets to certify the results of the November 2, 2010
General Election and declare Lili McMillan as Mayor and Aaron Printup as Council Member.
Council Member Murphy moved, Council Member Franchot seconded, to adopt Resolution
No. 5989 to declare Lili McMillan as Mayor for a 2 -year term beginning January 3, 2011,
to declare Aaron H. Printup as Council Member for a 4 -year term beginning January 3,
2010, and to certify the results of the November 2, 2010 municipal election as follows:

Council Member Bremer moved, Council Member McMillan seconded, to adjourn the
Canvassing Board at 6:49 p.m.
