We received a letter stating that all recommended corrections have been addressed. We will acknowledge that certification. This letter will serve as officiai approval for you to operate your elevator. If at any time we find that the recommendations were not corrected, we will take action to assure compliance with statute, rules and adopted codes. NOTE: Compliance with Minnesota Rules and the ANSI/ASME A17.1, Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators does not necessarily assure compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990.
