Orono <br /> requires permits for any grading work done on your property. The filling was done near <br /> or in a wetland and near Lake Minnetonka. It also appears that you put boulders along <br /> the fill. Orono only allows so much hardcover within so many feet of Lake Minnetonka. <br /> We put a stop work order up on August 13, 2004. We have yet to hear from you. We <br /> need you to get the proper permits for the work that was done.
