the approved plans and specifications,applicable City approvals,and lhc
State Building Code. This permit is for only the work described and docs
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires separate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work
shall be compied with whether or not specified herein.This permit will
expire and become null and void if construction authori�ed is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is
suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work has commenced.
The applicant is responsible for assuring all required inspections are

1. Submlt a survey, aerial photo or sketch showing all structures on the property. Nots which
structures are to be demollshed.
2. Submit a survey, aerial photo or sEcet�h showing proposed erosion cvntrol measures In
accordance with Chapter 78, Construcfion Slte Runoff Control.
3. Submit a copy of permit approval from the Mlnnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). The
City will not issue a demolltion permlt without a copy of #he permlt(s) from the MCWD ar
documentation stating permit(s)are not requfred.

4. Submit a $2,500 escrow and an escraw agraement signed by the property owner.�
5. Keep all structure(s)enclosed and/or secured until such time as demoiltlan (s compiete.
6. Keep all demol(tlon debrls off adJolnfng property and/or the public rights�of way unless speclflc

7. Completely remove foundatlon(s)from the ground.

before the tanks are crushed and filfed.
