HomeMy WebLinkAboutre as-built survey From: Robert Bean [mailto:bobbe@bolton-menk.com] Sent: Tuesday, December 16, 2014 2:41 PM To: Christine Mattson Cc: Andrew Mack; Adam Edwards; David P. Martini; Melanie Curtis Subject: 2014-00304 - 1535 Fairview Cottage Lane Christine, I performed a site inspection regarding the Asbuilt Survey for 1535 Fairview Cottage Lane today. Following are my comments for City consideration: 1. Bare soil is present on the southwest side of the house. It appears that they ran short of sod installation prior to winter weather. This area should be stabilized with vegetation prior to final approval. 2. The green area adjacent to the road and driveway appears to have been disturbed/ rutted due to construction traffic. This area should be restored prior to final approval. This additional work will need to be performed in the spring as weather allows. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me to discuss. Thanks, Robert E. Bean,Jr, P.E. LEED Green Assoc. Water Resources Engineer Bolton & Menk, Inc.
