I received your voice message. Please review the attached scanned copy of the permit application
submitted by M & M Home Contractors for the new residence at 1535 Fairview Cottage Lane. The box at
the top of the application indicating your intent for the home to be in the Parade is checked. You will
note the language highlighted by me which indicates the City's requirement for a Special Event Permit 60
days prior to the event. You will also note that shuttle service is a requirement of this permit.
