We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • It appears that the proposed retaining wall adjacent to the driveway is approximately 6 feet high. Engineered design and details should be submitted for review and approval for all retaining walls over four in height, and for all tiered walls with a separation of less than two times the wall height. • The proposed slopes around the east side of the covered porch exceed the maximum allowable slope of 3:1. The grading should be revised in this area. • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material.
