OF RESOLIITION #2621
� FILE NO. 1368
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2621 of the City Council was
adopted on April 24, 1989, and approval was conditioned on filing
of the resolution with Hennepin County Registrar of Titles no
later than October 24, 1989. The City Attorney and applicants
have requested an extension of that deadl.ine date to November 14,
1989 due to revisions of legal descriptions required by Hennepin
County.
NOW TH$REFORE B$ IT RESOLV$D that the Counci 1 of the
City of Orono hereby extends the deadl.ine date for filing of
Resolution #2621 to November 14, 1989.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 23rd day of October,
1989. �
