1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1450.
2. The port-ion of the,-property to be used as a building
site is located in the LR-1B -Single Family Lakeshore
Residential Zoning District, and,�the portion of the -property
north,. of the lagoon is zoned LR-1C-1, One-Family Lakeshore
Residential Sub-District. -, � • •
