MINl TES OF THE • CONTINUED ORONO BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION Monday, Apri130, 2007 6:00 o'clock p.m. ROLL Members present: Acting Mayor Jim Members Absent: Mayor Jim White and Co (Mayor White and Council Member Bremer Staff present: Hennepin County Appraiser Acting Mayor Jim Murphy reconvened the APPROVAL OF MINUTES and Council Members Lili McMillan and Dave Rahn. it Member Cynthia Bremer. ved at 6:05 p.m.) Davy and City Administrator Ron Moorse of Appeal and Equalization at 6:03 p.m. Murphy moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the minutes of the April 18, 2007 meeting of the Orono Board of Appeal and Equalization as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0, Abstain 1. Council Member Murphy was not present at the April 18 meeting. COUNCIL ACTION ON ASSESSOR'S .TION Bill Davy, City Assessor, indicated the State is still determining the schedule for training sessions for • members of the Board of Appeal.
