Dear Ms. Hartnett:
In regard to the Lloyd Draper variance applications (reference Application#�1155/1156), the last
activity on these applications occurred in 1987. Due to the extreme time lapse, a nearly
complete turnover in personnel of the Planning Commission and City Council, and a number of
new regulations adopted in the interim which may affect the properties, it will be necessary to
make completely new applications.
Two application blanks are attached for your use. Please note the following:
1. A new property owners list will be required.
2. John Blumentritt had provided conceptual sketches for homes which might be
developed on these properties. Please conf�irm whether these sketches are still
part of your proposal.
3. Please provide a certified copy of the lake access easement document that
„ ��
purportedly grants lake access over the northeasterly 6' of 1932 Fagerness Point
Road, as discussed in the staff inemos.
I have enclosed copies of the staff inemos and Planning Commission/Council minutes from 1987.
Please contact me at 473-7357 to meet and discuss the application prior to submittal. Deadline
for submittal for the April Planning Commission meetina is March 25th at noon.
