Dear Mr. Johnson
The Building & Zoning Department is in receipt of your application for a building permit, which
was received by this office on March 29, 2001. A review of the application finds that the
following information needed for review is missing:
• Certificate of Survey - showing house approved by City Council
- 56 x 26 house footprint
- 34 square foot entrance
- 2079 square feet of hardcover allowed for house
� hardcover calculations, revised to show 1492 square feet
on entire property
• Building Plans (2 sets ) Showing allowed house size
� Energy Calculations
Review of your application will not continue until items are received. Failure to submit required
items immediately may result in delays in issuance of permits.
