RE: Deck
Dear Mr. Hibbs:
It has come to the attention of the City that as part of your construction project at 1905 Fagerness
Point Road, you replaced an existing deck. Unfortunately, the deck replacement was not included
in your permit. To replace a structure after it is removed, the City requires the replacement to meet
all current building and zoning requirements. As you know,your lot was granted a variance in 1995
for excess hardcover, structural coverage and setbacks. To allow this deck to remain would require
the same variances.

Your options are to remove the deck or request variances to allow it to remain. Please contact me
before February 14, 1997 to discuss how you wish to proceed.
