Dear Mr. Bozonie:
It has come to the attention of this �epartment that the property at 1755 Fagerness Point Road is
being used for commercial purposes. Dr. House and Yard is being operated from the property.
Employees are meeting on-site and leaving vehicles parked for the day. Also the yard is used for
storage of equipment.
This is a violation of Orono City Ordinance Section 10.2U, �ubdivision 4 (C). Therefore the City
must require you to cease this illegal use of the residentia: oro�erty prior to June 7, 1999. If the
deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action. If you have ar.�� ;��Pstions, please feel free to

Dear Mr. Bozonie:
On May 20, 1999 this office notified you that you were in violation of City ordinances by operating
a business from a residential property. Your failure to cease this illegal use leaves the City no option
but to take legal action. Action will be withheld until July 1�, 1999. If you are still in violation at
that time, citations will be issued and a court appearance will be re�ui;ed.

I received a second letter from the City of Orono, from the Building
Official Mr. Lyle Oman. He states that you are continui�g to
operat� your lawn/snow business from 1755. You need to contact
hirn teil him you have ceased the operation from 1755. Also that you
�ave moved your trucks and majority of the equipment to other
location.
As in�iicated in the letter from me of May 24, 1999 I told you to that
you must cease the operation of the lawn/snow business from 1755.
If this information is incorrect, contact Mr. Oman and me. This
letter is being sent to r��r. �m�n. 'I'his will note that you are
vacating 1755 on Sept. lst' when y�ur lease is expiring.
