RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NO. 6640
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT GOLF COURSE DONATIONS
WHEREAS, The City of Orono is generally authorized to accept donations of real and
personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens;
and
WHEREAS, The following persons have offered to contribute the cash amounts set forth
below to the city:

WHEREAS, All such donations have been contributed for the maintenance and
improvement of Orono Public Golf Course, as allowed by law; and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations offered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Orono, Minnesota
that the City acknowledges and accepts the donations as listed the for the maintenance and
improvement of the Orono Public Golf Course.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on June 27, 2016.
