The City of Orono has heard no further from you regarding the
matter of the execution of the Easement Agreements in favor of
tYie Gordon Nelson proper.ty. In March of this year, the City was
contacted by a representative of First Minnesota Savings
regarding a payment to your mortqage company before they would
join in the execution of the Easement Agreement. The City sent
the necessary payment and as of this date, we have had no
official contact fr_om your mortgage company.
Please contact my office at your very earli_est convenience so
tl�at we may resolve any other_ concerns you may have.
