Before the building official reviews building pfans planning staff reviews building permit
applications for zoning code compliance. We are unable to complete this review for
the following reasons:
The resolution that approved the hardcover variances specifically states that
changes in the location and nature of the hardcover require City Council
approval.
Before Council can consider the changes an up to date hardcover survey and
hardcover calculations are required. I am enclosing the form for the hardcover
calculations.
