C:onci�.tions exist on the indicated property which constitute a violation of
'�:L;e followir.g section(s ) cf the Grono Zoning Ordinance:
SEC_ 9.50. JUNR CARS, FIIRNITIIRE, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES
STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is unlawful to park or. store
any unlicensed , unregistereo. or inoperable motor vehicle lacicing
essential parts , household furnishings or appliances , or parts or
ccmponents thereof, on any property, public or private, �nless ho�_iseci
within a lawfully erected building. Any violation of this Section is
declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the
cwn�r, as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor, cf
�rivate premises on whicr. such material is found, the City riay remcve
the same ana certify the cost of such removal as any other special
assessment. For the pt�rpose of this Section, an inoperable motor
vehicle sl:all be defined as lacking, including but not limited �o ,
�arts essential to operation, such parts being wheels, tire�, motor,
arive train, battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the
interior, including the driver's position, used for stcrage in such a
manner that no perscn can operate the vehicle.
SEC. 9.55. MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.
X Subd. i. It is the dutY of the owner of every vacant property and the
owner and occuoant of every occupied property to maintair same in a
neat , clean ann presentable maiZner free of any junk, debris , re�use ,
litter, cead trees, or noxious weeds, anc3 to re�:ove all other public
health or safety hazards therefrom.
Subd. 2. Grass and Weeds. The owner or occupant of every lot or
parcel shall regu�arly c.ut or otherwise maintain all grass and weeds
thereon at a height of not rrore than six ( 6 ) inches.
