Re: 1161 Elmwood Avenue - Lot Combination Required
Dear Mr. Sundberg:
The City of Orono issued Permit#2013-01266 on January 22, 2014 for a new residence at 1161
Elmwood Avenue, subject to combination of Lots 9 and 18, Skarp and Lindquist's Fernhill.
According to the Hennepin County Tax Records website, this combination has not yet occurred.
Please take the necessary steps to complete the combination. I have attached paperwork for you
to sign. You can forward the request and attachments including the deed copy to Hennepin
County yourself, or return the signed request to the City and we will forward it to the County.
The City cannot issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this home until the combination has been
completed. If you have any questions, please contact me at 952-249-4622.
