According to the Hennepin County Tax Records website, this combination has not yet occurred. Please take the necessary steps to complete the combination. I have attached paperwork for you to sign. You can forward the request and attachments including the deed copy to Hennepin County yourself, or return the signed request to the City and we will forward it to the County.
