• Regular Meeting of the Village Council,
November 12, 1968
• The Village Council met on the above date
• with the following members present: Mayor
Ross, Butterfield, Franzel, and Stubbs.
• Searles absent.

Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that
• the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of
October 28, 1968, be approved. Motion,
• Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

Minutes of the Canvass Board Meeting of
• November 6, 1968, be approved. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

• The following appeared: R. Edwards, W. Edwards,
and E. Lehman concerning multiple dwellings.
W. Parten concerning Hill School. T. Meyers
0 concerning Wayside Kennels.

Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that
• the request of Earl F. Holtkamp for a
• division at 3805 North Shore Drive be
referred to the Planning Commission for
• review and recommendation. Motion,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

• Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that
the request of Idore Pederson, 1837 Fagerness
• Point Road, for a conditional use permit to
+ stable a horse, be referred to the Planning_
Commission for a Public Hearing. Motion,
