The Village Council met as
a Canvassing Board to canvass and certify

the results of the regular
Village
Election held November 5, 1968.
0 Mayor H. R. Ross called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M. The follow-
s ing Councilmen were present: Butterfield, Franzel, and Searles.
Stubbs absent.
The Clerk presented for study the returns as certified by the election
♦ Judges of Precincts One, Two, Three, and Four. They were as follows:

• Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, to declare that Richard M. Franzel
and Robert L. Searles were duly elected Councilmen, and the Board so
certify. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at
6:00 P.M. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
