As you are aware, on October 26, 2009 the City of Orono Co��n�il �r��r���ed the �larlal?r?g for
4055 Elm Street. Variance approvals are valid for one year from the City Council approval date.
Per your request to Mike Gaffron on January 14, 2010, the resolution was sent to Michelle
Nakaya in Hawaii for her signature. We have received those signed documents back in our
office. In order to complete this process we need you and Mark Fuller to come to City Hall and
sign the resolution. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Once these originals are signed, they will be recorded and the zoning file will be closed.
