Dear Ms. Fuller-Feyo:
Regarding your proposal to construct a fence on your vacant property at 4055 Elm Street, no
permit is required. Such a fence must be within your property boundary, but there is no
required setback from the property boundary.
Such a fence may not exceed 3-1/2' (42") in height along the front lot line or along the side lot
line within 35' of the front lot line. A fence along the rear lot line and along the side lot lines
more than 35' back from the front lot line, may not exceed 6' in height.
