The Village Council met on the above date
with the following members present: Mayor
Ross, Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, and
OR Stubbs. Councilman Searles absent.

Franzel moved, Ross seconded, that the MINUTES
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 23, September 23, 1968
1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
•
Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that MINUTES
• the Minutes of the Special Adjourned Budget September 30, 1968
• Meeting of September 30, 1968, be approved.
Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).

Franzel moved, Ross seconded, that the MINUTES
Minutes of the Public Hearing, October 10, October 10, 1968
• 1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
•
• The following appeared: R. Sorenson concerning
Chippawa Lane.
•
The Mayor announced that this was the time PUBLIC HEARING
and the place for a Public Hearing on the Street Names
• matter of renaming certain streets in the
Village of Orono that extend into the Village
• of Medina to correspond with the Village of
' Medina street names. The Village Clerk read
the Notice of Public Hearing and presented
the Affidavit of Publication and the
Certificate of Mailing to affected property
• owners. No one appearing on -the matter,
the Public Hearing was closed.

Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that VARIANCE
• the request of Dr. Dale Briner, 1760 Shady- 1760 Shadywood Road

• variance for a garage, be approved. motion,
