with the following members present: Mayor
Ross, Councilman Franzel. Absent
Councilmen Butterfield, Searles, and
Stubbs.
The Mayor announced that this was the time
and tho place for a Public Hearing on the
matter of the assessments to be made
against property benefited by 1968SL -1, in
the vicinity of Casco Circle. The Village
Clerk read the Notice of Public Hearing
and presented the Affidavit of Publication
and the Certificate of Availing to affected
property owners. No one appearing-on the
matter, the Public Hearing was closed.
Franzel moved, Ross seconded, that the
Meeting be adjourned until 7:30 P.A'.,
October 14, 1968. Motion, Ayes (2) -
Nays (0).
