Please see the comments, attached email and attached photos regarding the site at 3625 Eileen. Please correct the silt
fence and remove the sediment as noted below. The site should be stabilized and the deposition of sediment off site
should be taken care of immediately.
Please let me, or the permitting staff at the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, know if you have any questions. The
MCWD has been copied on this email.

Christine,
I inspected this site again today regarding site stabilization and erosion control. No progress has been made toward site
stabilization since July 16, 2014. Also,the siltfence is failing in several areas and should be restored. Sediment that has
migrated off-site should be removed from those areas, and vegetation restored as required. I have attached a couple
pictures for your information. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me to discuss.
