Martini; Brian Simmons; 'permitting@minnehahacreek.org' Subject: 2013-00238 - 3625 Eileen Street Christine, I inspected this site again today regarding site stabilization and erosion control. No progress has been made toward site stabilization since July 16, 2014. Also, the siltfence is failing in several areas and should be restored. Sediment that has migrated off-site should be removed from those areas, and vegetation restored as required. I have attached a couple pictures for your information. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me to discuss. Thanks, Robert E. Bean,Jr, P.E. LEED Green Assoc. Water Resources Engineer Bolton & Menk, Inc.
