• The Village Council met on the above date
• with the following members present:
Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, Searles,
and Stubbs. Mayor Ross absent. Mayor
Ross present, Franzel absent July 29, 1968

• Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that CONDITIONAL USE PERA41.

• use permit should state "Construction of
. the approved (as per plan) guest house is
authorized subject to the following conditions:
1) No group use of this house or
• surrounding property is authorized
if such use,
•
a. Involves use of County Road #84
for parking purposes.
b. Produces excessive noise,
disturbance or other nuisance
capable of being heard or
• disturbing the surrounding
• residential neighborhood, or
• c. Results in excessive traffic
in and out of the property so
• as to affect public safety."
• 2) It is understood this guest house
is for the use of a charitable
• organization as an accessory use
and meets single family residential
• requirements.
• Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
S Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that TAX BOARD OF REVIEW
after review, Ann Sieff's request for tax
reduction, be tabled. Motion, Ayes (4) -
Nays (0).

Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that ADJOURNMENT
the meeting be adjourned at 6 :30 P. M.
