Mayor Ross absent. Mayor <br />Ross present, Franzel absent July 29, 1968 <br />s <br />• Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that CONDITIONAL USE PERA41. <br />the Char -Lynn guest house conditional Char -Lynn Guest House <br />• use permit should state "Construction of <br />. the approved (as per plan) guest house is <br />authorized subject to the following conditions: <br />1) No group use of this house or <br />• surrounding property is authorized <br />if such use, <br />• <br />a. Involves use of County Road #84 <br />for parking purposes. <br />b. Produces excessive noise, <br />disturbance or other nuisance <br />capable of being heard or <br />• disturbing the surrounding <br />• residential neighborhood, or <br />• c. Results in excessive traffic <br />in and out of the property so <br />• as to affect public safety." <br />• 2) It is understood this guest house <br />is for the use of a charitable <br />• organization as an accessory use <br />and meets single family residential <br />• requirements. <br />• Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />S Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that TAX BOARD OF REVIEW <br />after review, Ann Sieff's request for tax <br />reduction, be tabled.
