Mayor Ross absent.' 7:30 P. M. Franzel moved, Stubbs seconded, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 24, MINUTES 19689 be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • The following appeared: F. Kellogg concerning Mattson division. W. Parten concerning • Russell lake setback statement. W. Odell concerning detachment. F. Ecklund concerning • lake pollution. • Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that DIVISION the request of David Sipprell for a 2205 Bayview Place division at 2205 Bayview Place, be referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the ALLEY VACATION petition of abutting property owners for the vacation of a 12 -foot alley between Russell Avenue and Keene Avenue, be referred to the Park Commission for review, and to the Planning Commission for a Public Hear - ing August 19, 1968, Motion, Ayes (4) - • Nays (0) . Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that DIVISION • the request of Gus Mattson for a division 3845 North Shore Drive i at 3845 North Shore Drive, be referred to the Planning Commission for review and • recommendation. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays ( 0). • Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that BUDGET REQUEST the 1969 budget request of the Lake Minne- tonka Conservation District in the amount of $569.28, be approved. Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that BUDGET REQUEST • the 1968 -1969 budget request of the Hennepin County League of Municipalities in the amount of $457.57 be approved.
