Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the request of Woody and Rollie Danielson for advertising benches in the Village, be tabled for further study of regulatory ordinances. Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that property owners on Old Crystal Bay Road having a fence controlling stock on Village Right -of -way, be notified that if said fence is removed by June 1.5, 1968, the Village will replace the fence on their property or reimburse them the cost thereof; after June 15, 1968, the Village will remove the fences with no further consideration given.
