Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the
request of Woody and Rollie Danielson
for advertising benches in the Village,
be tabled for further study of regulatory
ordinances. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0).
Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that the

month for electricity, be paid. Motion,

Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that
property owners on Old Crystal Bay Road
having a fence controlling stock on Village
Right -of -way, be notified that if said
fence is removed by June 1.5, 1968, the
Village will replace the fence on their
property or reimburse them the cost
thereof; after June 15, 1968, the Village
will remove the fences with no further
consideration given. TTotion, Ayes (3) -
