The Village Council and the Planning
• Commission met on the above date with
• the following members present: Mayor
Ross, Councilmen Franzel and Searles.
• Councilmen Butterfield and Stubbs absent.
Planning Commission members: Russell,
Curry, Rice, and Nicholls. Dongoske
!,ar"ig absent.
• J. Dutcher appeared concerning double-
dwelling request.
Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that a PUBLIC HEARING
Public Hearing before the Village Council
and Planning Commission be held at 7:30 P.M.,
# CDT., May 20, 1968, in the Orono Village
Hall on the matter of amending the Zoning
Code to allow two - family residences as a
# conditional use in residential zones as
a buffer adjacent to B -1 Commercial
• Districts or Industrial Districts in areas
serviced by sewer. Motion, Ayes (3) -
• Nays (0) .

Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that ADJOURNMENT
the meeting be adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
