• VILLAGE OF ORONO
• Special Meeting of the Village Council,
• April 16, 1968
The Village Council met on the above date
with the following members present: Mayor
Ross, Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, and
Stubbs. Searles late.
•
• Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that
the Council review the list of Non - Conforming
Uses, and study the possibliity of giving
commercial zoning, special use permits, or
legal non - conforming uses to these properties
• and include considering the allowance for
expansion of non - conforming uses. Motion,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
7: 30 P.M.
NON - CONFORMING USES
Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that a LETTER
cover letter be sent along with the
present non- confooming use application
stating that the Council has taken under
• consideration the allowance of existing
. non - conforming uses. Motion, Ayes (5) -
Nays (0).

Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the FILING DATE
non - conforming use applications be requested
• to be returned by June 1, 1968, although not
legally required until October 1, 1968.
Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .

• Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that this OCCUPANCY USE PERMIT
application for a non - conforming use also
• be considered as an application for an
Occupancy Permit. Motion, Ayes (5) -
40 Nays (0).
• Franzel (0e ved, Searles seconded, that the ADJOURNMENT
meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M. Motion,
• Ayes (5) - Nays (0).
