Searles absent. • Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES • Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 'March 11, 1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) • • The Mayor announced that this was the time PUBLIC HEARING • and the place for a Public Hearing on the DOCK LICENSE matter of issuance of a Commercial Dock • License for the Stubb's Bay Resort. The Mayor asked if there was anyone present • wishing to be heard on the matter. The following appeared: 0. Keiran, R. Newman, • -D. Krossin, Mrs. R. Gasch, K. Peterson, L. Best, D. Reeves, R. Grunlund concerning a • Division. • • Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that the application for the Stubb's Bay Resort, • under the same guide lines as last year with cleanup of the property, be approved. • Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • • Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that Resolution #227, A Resolution. Approving • The Vacating An Unnamed Street in Rest Point Park, be adopted. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • • Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that the request of Jack Corl at 3486 Ivy Lane • for a Building Permit, with variance, be approved.. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • Franzel moved, Ross seconded, that the • request of Norman Larson for a Building Permit at 3445 Wayzata Bouldvard, be deferred for the development of further information. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). • Butterfield abstaining. • Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the request of David Hill for the rezoning • of the E. Peterson property from R -1B to I, be deferred, subject to receipt of application for a P.I.D. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • • Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that a second Division application for Bennie Foss at 565 Old Crystal Bay Road, be • referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. BUDGET CONSERVATION DISTRICT • Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that RESIGNATION the resignation of Sidney Belt, Village S Treasurer, effective April 30, 1968, be accepted, and that he be sent a letter of appreciation for service to the Village. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that APPOINTMENT S the appointment of Joan Lattin, Village Treasurer at $2.20 per hour, effective allay 1, 1968, be approved. Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that MURPHY CASE the Village Attorney's recommendation concerning the Murphy Case, be accepted.
