re: recurring trespassing Eastlake Street Np
Dear Ms. Loftus:
I talked to you and Police Chief Farniok in September about our ongoing problems with
neighbors on Eastlake Street using our property for access to the lake including putting
in boardwalks and docks. Chief Farniok suggested that we send by mail the enclosed
notice and that he would put it in their file for future reference, since "no trespassing"
signs have previously been torn down.
When I discussed this with Mr. Gaffron at the Village Hall he indicated that the city also
had a file concerning this issue. Would you please add the enclosed copy of the notice
we sent to your file.
I appreciate the time you took earlier to discuss this with me and your offer to help.
Sincerely,
. ' 1..?
