Regular Meeting of the Viliage Council,
February 26, 1968
• The Village Council met on the above date

Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 12,
1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0).

Dutcher, and N. Larson concerning
Building Permits. P. Wysocky and Mrs. D.
Winton concerning a Human Rights Commission
Ordinance. B. Edstrom concerning parking
requirements. 0. Keiran concerning

Ordinance NO.95, An Ordinance To Amend
• The Municipal Code Of Orono By Adding A
Chapter 12 To Provide For A Human Rights
Commission, be adopted. Motion, Ayes (S)

• Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that the
• request of the V.P.W. for a Building
Permit on Lyric Avenue at Navarre Heights,
be referred to the Planning Commission
for review and recommendation. Motion,

• request of Karl Grunlund for a Division
• at 3445 Crystal Bay Road, be referred to

Permit at 1400 Cherry Place, be approved.

Village Inspector, M. Scheller, reported
to the Council on 1967 inspection activities
and 1968 program.

• Stubbs requested that recommendations
concerning Village regulations be included
+ on regular Inspection Department reports.

Meeting be adjourned at 12 O'clock
