Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). • • The following appeared: W. Wear, J. Dutcher, and N. Larson concerning Building Permits. P. Wysocky and Mrs. D. Winton concerning a Human Rights Commission Ordinance. B. Edstrom concerning parking requirements. 0. Keiran concerning Stubbs Bay Resort Marina. P. White concerning • lake access. • • Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that Ordinance NO.95, An Ordinance To Amend • The Municipal Code Of Orono By Adding A Chapter 12 To Provide For A Human Rights Commission, be adopted. Motion, Ayes (S) Nays (0). • Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that the • request of the V.P.W. for a Building Permit on Lyric Avenue at Navarre Heights, be referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation.
