From: Melanie Foth To: jerickson@welshco.com Date: 10/24/03 3:26PM Subject: Lot Line Rearrangement Julie: Typically when an applicant requests a lot line rearrangement the City requests the following information be obtained prior to meeting with City Staff: One survey containinq all of the properties involved, indicatinq: -the ordinary high water level of the lake (Lake Minnetonka = 929.4) -wetland delineation -topography -existing & proposed property boundaries -legal description for both properties (existing & proposed) The next step, once you have the above information, is a meeting with Staff to determine the feasibility of the subdivision/lot line rearrangement. As a policy the City has not allowed a lot line rearrangement to create a substandard width on a lake shore lot nor has the City granted easements to allow for an off-lake property to access the lake. I have attached the District regulations for the LR-1A Zoning District and a link to our City Code online for your reference.
