RE: Illegal Dock
Dear Mr. Erickson,
It has come to the attention of this department that you have placed a dock on
your neighbor's property. The City of Orono does not allow non-lakeshore lots to have
docks on neighboring properties.
This letter is to notify you of dock use prohibitions. If the dock is erected next
year, you and the neighbor will be subject to prosecution. If you have any questions
please feel free to contact me at my office.
