Dear Steve:
Attached you will find our check # 507 in the amount of $850 to cover the
SAC charges for sewer connection of our Stubbs Bay property.
I am also enclosing a copy of a confirmation letter sent to Widmer, Inc., who
wil! be doirg the installation. I am copying yo� on this because my husband
and I have been ready to connect our sewer since May, and have had
difficulty finding a company willing to connect us. Widmer has agreed to do
it, mainly because they are doing a new construction connection on Bayside
Rd. just down the street from us.
I also want to thank you again for working with us last summer and granting
us the year's extension for sewer connection.

Dear Tony,
This letter is to confirm our conversation of Friday, August 11, 1995,
regar�ing sew�r ce�nection o� o�� pro,�e�ty located at 3409 EastLake Street
on Stubbs Bay.
I mailed the $850 SAC charge to the City of Orono today. As we discussed,
the City requires that a permit be issued by August 31, 1995, with connection
completed by September,l5, 1995. You indicated on Friday that this would
be no problem, so please use this letter as authorization to secure the sewer
connection permit and proceed with installation. Could you please send a
hardcopy of your quote to us at the address below?
I know my husband originally spoke with you, but I assume your quote of
$650 includes pumping out of our existing septic tank and filling it will soil. If
it does not, would you please let us know?
If at all possible, we'd appreciate a couple of days notice prior to connection
so that my husband, Andy, can arrange to be home that day. You can reach
him at 350-5570 (pager), 449-8947 (home - evenings), or you may call me at
work at 946-7516. Please also give us a call at one of the above numbers if
you have any questions.
