Your 16-month deadline for connection to Ciry sewer has just expired. Our records indicate that
no permit has been issued to this property for the required connection.
A new connection deadline of September 15, 1994 has now been set. Failure to make
connection by this date will likely result in legal action from the City Attorney. Questions or
concerns should be addressed to Steve Weckman at the City offices (473-7357).

A sa�iitary sewer connection was required by July 24, 1994 for the property at 3409 Eastlake
Street. No hookup has been made nor has a permit been issued for the sewcr connection.
A ne�v coruieclioii dcaciline of August 31 lias been set. If a permit is not issued by August 31,
1995 with the connection completed by September 15, 1995, the City will itiitiate legal action.
