RE: SAC Charge - Sewer Connection
Dear Mr. Burns:
On August 19, 1993, the City received a SAC payment of $750.00 for your connection to City
sewer. On June 9, 1994, the sewer connection permit was issued. The SAC charge is coliected
by the City and forwarded to the Metro Waste Control Commission (MWCC). On January l,
1994, the MWCC raised the SAC char�e to $800.00 and according to their rules, the current
SAC rate applies when the sewer is connected. Therefore, the City must require you to remit
the $�0.00 increase before July 1, 1994.
