A RSSOLIITION APPROVING THS PLAT OF =:
MOELLffitS ADDITION `
FII.$ NO. 1331 �;
WH$R$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation ��
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; ��
and
� ,:
WH$RSAS, the City Coumcil of the City of Orono has
adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and ,
safe development of land within the City; and �
WH$REAS, the City Council has considered the �
application for a plat by the Metropolitan Waste Control �
Commission, an agency of the Metropolitan Council (hereinafter '"
"the subdivider"); and . �

WH$REAS, the intent of the subdivision is to create an �-•
• outlot for a future pumping station, the remaining residential ;:
lot has been found to meet all of the standards of the LR-1C
zoning district finding that it is of a size and configuration '
that would allow its continued use for single family residential .
use without the need of any variances; and
WH$REAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements
of the platting regulations of the City, including: ;�
1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution #2512. :
, 2. Execution of a restrictive .covenant to be filed against
Outlot A limiting the use of the outlot for public utility
purposes by the applicant. �
3. Granting of an access easement to the applicant by the s.;
owner� of Lot 1, Block l, Moellers Addition.

4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of i:"
the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. � -
NOW, THBR$FOR$, B$ IT RESOLV$D that the City Council of �;
the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Moellers Addition, ��
Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the condition that the �
aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either `�
f_
the Hennepin County Recorder's Office or the Registrar of Titles' .
� Office on or before February 14, 1990 together with a certified ���
original copy of this resolution, easements and covenants noted
above.

The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if
the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that
event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the
City of Orono for subdivision review.
